Man From FSM Pleas Guilty In Guam Murder Case – VIDEO

On June 26, a man from the Federated States of Micronesia pleaded guilty for murdering a motorcyclist in Guam last year. Endy Timoti, pleaded guilty in Guam court for reportedly killing a woman when he slammed his vehicle into her motorcycle. Timoti was reportedly on pre-trial release for a drunk driving case when he slammed into the woman. He also pleaded guilty for that case in Guam.  According to Guam PDN, Timoti risks deportation, however deportation would only be considered if he’s released early or upon the completion of his sentence. He will likely be sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole. According to PDN, Timoti has prior DUI convictions from 2007 and 2010 involving car accidents, but neither cases involved injuries. Timoti is believed to have been under the influence of alcohol when he slammed into the motorcyclist in July 2012.
