The 2012 Debates were held at the Ngarachamayong Cultural Center and broadcast live on OTV. The event hosted a two-hour debate for both President and Vice-President on a variety of social and economic issues with all qualified candidates participating. The Debate was produced by Roll’em Productions for OTV and was sponsored by the Palau Chamber of Commerce and the Palau Bar Association. Additional sponsors were WCTC and PCC. The debate was simulcast on two FM stations, Palau Wave and Eco Paradise.
