Photographs have surfaced showing damages to corals caused by visitors.
The photos clearly show tourists engraving their names or messages into the corals, sitting and holding onto corals damaging them.
On this particular dive, the tour guide was diving along with the visitors.
It’s unclear if the tour guide educated the visitors about corals and the marine environment.
It’s also unknown what tour company was involved in this tour.
Sources say there has been many similar, but unreported incidents relating to environment damages caused by visitors
