On July 1st, a 24-year old man turned himself in to Guam police saying he stabbed and killed an unidentified man this past weekend.
Marvin Sani, who was then arrested on suspicion of murder and use of a deadly weapon, was brought to the site of the murder by Guam police to essentially reenact the alleged crime.
According to Guam Pacific Daily News (PDN), a witness who lived in the apartment complex where the victim was found saw the suspect burst in attacking the victim who was sitting on the couch.
The suspect was then pulled off the victim by the witness and told to leave.
Blood was reportedly found running down the victim’s neck when police arrived, but he showed signs of life.
The victim was rushed to the Guam Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead minutes later.
He reportedly sustained multiple stab wounds.
