On May 18, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers arrested a man from the Federated States of Micronesia upon his arrival to the Guam A.B Won Pat International Airport.
30-year old Faksen Sellem was arrested upon his arrival in Guam from the Federated States of Micronesia.
The Superior Court of Guam had issued an arrest warrant on Sellem for multiple traffic and theft charges. He was transferred over to the airport police for further processing.
Two weeks earlier, Guam Pacific Daily News reports that a female from the Federated States of Micronesia was also arrested upon entering Guam for an outstanding warrant issued by the Superior Court of Guam.
