Palau’s Arts And Culture Director Dismissed – VIDEO

Palau’s Arts and Culture Director Dwight Alexander has been dismissed from duty for alleged mismanagement and inexcusable neglect of duty.
A four-page letter addressed to Alexander, outlines his alleged mismanagement of the national parks services projects. Alexander who received the termination letter on April 30th told OTV that he intends to appeal, but declined to comment further. OTV also contacted Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs Baklai Temengil-Chilton who stated that he was not terminated and is on administrative leave, but declined to comment further.
The matter is set to go before the grievance panel where a final decision will be made on the termination.
