Two Filipino nationals are now serving jail term after they were found guilty of drug trafficking charges filed against them before the Supreme Court. German Nunez, who earlier entered a not guilty plea to counts of trafficking controlled substance methaphetamine and attempted trafficking of controlled substance, was found guilty by presiding judge Chief Justice Arthur Ngiraklsong on May 18. Nunez is to serve 12 and a half years for crimes he committed and will have to pay a fine of $5, 000 for each count. The other Filipino is indentified as Christopher Guevarra , and was sentenced by Associate Justice Kathleen Salii, who will also serve 12 years and a half and pay a fine of $5,000 to trafficking of controlled substance. Both are now serving their jail term in the Koror State Prison.
